No Place Like Home

After just one night in the cabin, it's already becoming home. I officially moved in last night and then spent a couple of hours unpacking. The hardest part was figuring out where things were since I had just haphazardly thrown things into boxes and bags. The main thing I have left to do is organize the kitchen.

I've discovered the bathroom is the warmest place in the cabin. Maybe I should get a bean bag chair or something and do all of my relaxing in there :)

My first breakfast :)

There's nothing quite so homey has having a tea kettle on the hob...

I decided to go with a Union Jack theme for the living room area. The pillow covers were given to me by a friend in England. I'm so glad I brought them! They match perfectly with the sofa.

I'm sure I will have more pictures to share as I get settled in.

  1. Looks cozy! The pillow covers look great with the sofa. I'll have to visit sometime and we can enjoy a nice cup of tea :)
